RESCHEDULE - CANCELLATIONS - REFUNDS

Payment Terms

  • Short Courses

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking through the website.

    • Your place is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

    • Any rescheduling or cancellation is subject to the studio's Rescheduling & Cancellations Policy.

    Intensive Programs

    • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the program.

    • The remaining 80% balance must be paid in full no later than 3 days before the program start date.

    • Your place is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

    • If the remaining balance is not received by the payment deadline, the studio reserves the right to release your place to another student. The deposit will remain non-refundable.

    Rescheduling

    The student is responsible for attending all course sessions. In the event of unforeseen events, students may request to reschedule a class following the rescheduling policy below:

    Short Courses

    • Requests to move a booked class to another date must be submitted at least 7 days before the day of the class

    • Within the chosen course, students can only reschedule 1 class, subject to studio and course availability.

    • The replacement class must take place within 2 months of the original booking date. After this period, the opportunity to reschedule will expire.

    • Due to small class sizes and limited teaching dates, specific replacement dates cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend keeping your original booking wherever possible.

    • If you need additional time to complete your projects, additional studio time can be booked separately for an Additional Full Day Session or an Additional Half Day Evening Session .

    Intensive Programs

    • The student is responsible for attending all course sessions.

    • The school is not responsible for the student’s failure to attend or successfully complete the courses



    Cancellations

    Cancellation applies when a student no longer wishes to attend the course or class, rather than moving their booking to another date.

    • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the booked start date are eligible for a refund.

    • Once a course or class has begun, cancellations are non-refundable and any remaining lessons or hours will be forfeited.

    • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, less any payment processing fees from the payment provider.

  • Online courses are not eligible for a refund.

SECURITY

All data in this site is protected under security measures. Misuse or change of the information provided is also legally protected.

Design Rights and Copyrights constitute exclusive property of Stelios Karantonas Ltd. The afore-mentioned content constitutes intellectual property of Stelios Karantonas Ltd and any reproduction or use of it will be prosecuted and may lead to legal penalties.

PRICING

Prices are stated in British Pounds  Sterling GBP. Stelios Karantonas Ltd reserves the right to alter prices at any time in relation to price fluctuations in gold and material costs. Customers are to be immediately informed of possible changes in price and can reconsider their order in that case.

ONLINE SECURITY

Credit or debit card numbers are not stored on this website. All transactions are handled and protected by a secure online independent payment service provider via squarespace. Online payments by Paypal, Visa, Maestro, MasterCard  or Amex via the secure payment provider, Square Space Payments are accepted.
